MAAK designs and builds control systems ranging from small operator stations to large PLC panels, MCCs and other custom solution.

Design

We provide detailed design of control systems based on client requirements. We follow our own rigorous standards, or follow clients’ standards where required. We have detailed experience with a variety of panel components manufactured by most of the major manufacturers. Comprehensive CAD tools are used for the design. The control panel design and manufacturing are fully coordinated with other related project tasks.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing is undertaken with a rigorous emphasis on quality. Our shop is CSA certified. Additionally, electrical panels can be independently inspected and approved by the Electrical Safety Authority of Ontario, according to client requirements.

    • Testing

    Testing is a key activity to ensure safety, reliability as well as the performance as dictated by client requirements. Testing follows detailed test plans as part of an overall Quality Management System. MAAK follows a Quality Management System which encompasses CSA standards and Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) Guide for Validation.
